The "Health Resource Centre" at MEDiCAM has existed since 1997 and has proven a valuable collection of information to the health sector ever since. It offers a central repository for studies, findings, official texts, manuals, reference books, annual reports and budgets by NGOs, UN agencies, the government, and donor organizations. Visitors can also purchase copies of all library documents for their own personal use. In 1998 the library was granted the title of "Center of Excellence" by The Asia Foundation (US).
In 2004, MEDiCAM received and catalogued 264 new documents, bringing its current total to almost 6000. It also received 1038 requests for document copies
Who Can Use the Library
Any catalogued item in the Library’s general collection of books, reports and videotapes is available to the general public for reading and photocopying. This includes non-members as well as members
Photocoping
For books and documents that MEDiCAM has not been authorized to photocopy, please contact the original publishe-directly. All other documents may be ordered here at the cost specified in the database. It corresponds to the cost of the photocopy plus (for international organizations, and foreigners) a little more to offset the sale of the document at a much cheaper price to Cambodian NGOs. You will naturally receive a receipt, duly stamped and signed

The MEDiCAM library is located at Nº4, Street 522, Phnom Penh. Each of MEDiCAM regional office in Stung Treng, Battambang and Siem Reap also has its own resource center, as well as a link to the main Phnom Penh branch
